At Capital Square Partners, Prashant oversees valuation, portfolio management, investor communication, and the firm’s value creation initiatives.

He brings over 20 years of experience in private equity, family office investment management, corporate finance, and treasury, with a strong track record in strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and driving growth across asset classes. He has been a trusted advisor and fiduciary partner to principals and investors, combining deep financial acumen with a hands-on approach to execution.

Before the merger of Basil Technology Partners and Capital Square Partners, Prashant served as Senior Vice President at Basil Technology Partners for over 12 years, where he held diverse responsibilities across the fund lifecycle in finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, audits, valuation, treasury, due diligence, investor reporting, and execution of acquisition and exit transactions for portfolio companies.

Earlier in his career, Prashant spent more than 8 years in internal audit and risk management, working across industries such as retail, shipping, healthcare, hospitality, and telecom.

Prashant is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Treasury Manager, a Certified Internal Auditor, and has completed all three levels of the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation.
